This may be short because literally everyone I know has signed up to this game at one point! I've signed up to this game so many times but never stayed on it. I did play a retro called 'ForceHotel' for quite a while but that was because a friend from BoomBang started playing it - I stopped playing after I lost contact with her. The first time I played Habbo, I was a child. In a way, it's changed a lot since I first signed up, but it still has the same charm. The main difference now is the amount of free stuff you get given for signing up - when I used to play you were thrown into the game homeless, without items and not a single credit in your purse. Character creation is pretty much the same as it has always been, not exactly the most interesting customization options but it's better than a lot of other games i've played. I decided to name my character Mikhaiiil, and my cat Eckhart....named after characters from a much loved MMORPG, haha. After creating my Mikhail, I got the choice of a few fully furnished rooms to live in, and then the choice of a pet. Compared to the older layouts, the current one is quite confusing. Rather than having the hotel icon to navigate around the hotel, it's now a weird icon with little rooms(?), not quite sure. Actually, I can't see any signs of the hotel in the game itself anymore, that's a little strange....considering it is named HabboHotel, afterall. The game itself is as it always has been, with people having typical rooms that you would see years ago - 'don't roll 6', 'kick the ugly', mazes, help desks, roleplaying rooms... If i'm unable to find a game to spend my time on then I may actually end up on Habbo since I already understand how it works, haha. |
